However, it would not be an exaggeration to say that the cheap "Bush legs" helped the Russians a lot in the 90s. There was no choice. Or American chicken, or no meat at all.

Around the "Bush legs" and today there are many myths and legends. It is believed that this meat was harmful because the hormones and antibiotics that chickens were fed on American farms settled in the chicken legs. There were rumors that people who constantly ate these legs had reduced immunity and allergies. Some argue that "Bush's legs" are NATO's strategic stockpiles, which were stored in American warehouses for ten years, and in the 90s were very profitably sold to Russia. And a separate suspicion was caused by the whiteness of the meat.

In fact, in the United States and in the 90s there was very strict control over the production of meat. The poultry industry employed thousands of government inspectors who constantly monitored compliance with standards. Each bird was tested at least four times and complied with all American regulations. The reason for the whiteness of the meat was treatment with chlorine in a small concentration (no higher than in drinking water). Poultry hormones were banned in the US in 1972. And antibiotics for the prevention of bird diseases were used exactly the same as in Russia.

One of the main myths is that snickering Americans eat only white meat, and throw out the legs and wings, and that waste was sold to Russia. The myth is only partly true. Americans are really willing to consume white meat. However, just look at American fast food, and the absurdity of the assertions that Americans do not eat chicken wings and legs immediately becomes apparent. In the 90s, the Americans supplied Russia with a huge number of "Bush legs". In the second half of the 90s, 70% of chicken meat in Russia was of foreign origin. And most of them came from the USA. So, in 1997, the volume of American poultry meat imports to Russia amounted to 950 thousand tons. But the Americans themselves then consumed more than 3 million tons of wings and legs.

Another popular myth is that the Americans entered into an agreement with the traitor Gorbachev and destroyed the poultry industry of the USSR and the Russian Federation. In fact, Soviet agriculture was backward by world standards. And the food shortage was caused, among other things, by the low efficiency of technology. In the 90s, the Americans created joint ventures in Russia, brought in technologies, finished equipment, and today's poultry farms in the Russian Federation copy American ones.

As the share of domestic production grew, the percentage of "Bush legs" imported by Russia gradually fell. But they were delivered to the country until 2014. In 2014, the Russian government, in response to US sanctions against Russia, imposed sanctions on the Russian population, banning the supply of all meat products from the United States.

The story about "Bush's legs" would be incomplete without mentioning humanitarian aid for Russia in the 90s. The most famous episode was Operation Provide Hope ("Give Hope"). It was a US Air Force operation to deliver humanitarian aid to the CIS countries. Heavy military transport aircraft delivered food and medicines. Over the 20 years of the program, 985 flights have been made with the delivery of 24,000 cargoes of various types. Operation Provide Hope was largely propaganda. Its volumes are insignificant against the background of assistance from other organizations and countries.

From the beginning of 1991 to January 9, 1992, Russia received 284,000 tons of foreign humanitarian aid, including 246,100 tons of food. Until the end of the 1990s, the volume of humanitarian aid remained huge. Thus, in November 1998, the United States provided assistance to the Russian Federation in the form of 1.5 million tons of wheat and 100,000 tons of other foodstuffs. In addition, a $600 million loan was issued to buy food from American farmers. At the same time, the European Union allocated $500 million as a gratuitous grant for the purchase of food in Europe and $13 million for medical care.

In 1891, a severe crop failure occurred on the territory of the Black Earth and Middle Volga regions. State stocks of grain were not enough. The situation was aggravated by epidemics of typhus and cholera in 1891-1892. The number of deaths from starvation and disease is estimated at more than 400 thousand people.

The Russian Famine Relief Committee of the United States was formed to provide assistance to the United States. The first Indiana ship, which delivered 1,900 tons of food, arrived in Russia on March 16, 1892. In total, food aid worth $1 million was delivered from the United States at that time. In addition to food assistance, the US government provided financial assistance in the form of loans in the amount of $75 million.

But even more amazing was the US aid to Soviet Russia in the early 1920s. In 1921-1922, a massive famine broke out, covering 35 provinces. The Southern Urals and the Volga region suffered the most. The causes of the famine were the consequences of the Civil War, the drought of 1921 and the policy of "war communism" with food requisitions and the seizure of food. The number of victims of hunger was about 5 million people. Numerous cases of cannibalism are known. The Soviet government was unable to cope with the disaster and turned to foreign countries for help.

The main help came from the American formally non-governmental organization, the American Relief Administration (ARA). The first ARA canteen opened on September 6, 1921 in Petrograd. In early December 1921, the organization fed more than 500,000 Soviet children. In mid-1922, the ARA was feeding over 6 million people in its canteens. Assistance was also provided with food and clothing parcels, medicines, clothing and footwear. According to the estimates of the People's Commissariat of Foreign Trade, ARA imported about 595,000 tons of humanitarian aid. In total, the organization spent $78 million, of which $28 million was provided by the American government, $13 million by the Soviet government, and the rest of the money was raised through private donations.

People in Russia do not like to remember about the help from the "Americans". Especially today. Periods of state weakness are carefully pushed into the corner. The Americans are not their own enemies. They supply us with chicken legs, and consume white meat themselves. On one side of the scale was the health of the nation, on the other - the commercial interests of American partners. For negotiations on the bird issue, an expert group of eight people went to Russia from America. This ban, according to the head of the Foreign Ministry, is not a political or even economic measure, but purely medical.

During this time, attitudes towards them also changed. From a favorite Western delicacy, they have become food for the poor and dog food, which is the same thing with us. Gradually, we began to understand food and realized that the quality of Western products (at least those brought to us) is below any criticism. These products, at best, satisfy hunger, but do not cause appetite.
When we tried to abandon the American legs that had already trampled the domestic poultry industry half to death, the United States did not allow us to do this. The role of a traveling salesman, handing over the local chickens to us, was taken on by Vice President Al Gore himself, Clinton's closest person in position and spirit. He also went not to anyone, but to Chernomyrdin. Why does the US government really need us to eat their chicken feet? Caring for us? Fresh legend, but hard to believe. Of course, there is an economic factor, but is it really because of the legs that such large-scale efforts had to be made? At the highest level?
There is a feeling that the truth lies much deeper and in something else. Protecting the interests of American farmers at the level of top US officials is a primitive hoax. Yes, they would have eaten these legs somewhere else! Are there a lot of hungry people in the world?! But the US really wants them to be eaten in the former USSR and Russia. And nowhere else. Why?
But because they were originally intended for the stomachs of the enemy. Due to their unique qualities, these legs will soon put ballistic missiles, chemical, bacteriological and any other weapons out of work. In this case, neither the declaration of war, nor the conduct of the war itself, nor all other inconveniences will be required. The legs will do this legally, and most importantly, the enemy will pay for his own destruction.
Motives: Russia remains the only state that can resist the United States, especially when the political regime changes in our country, which is more than likely in the near future. And the United States never stood on ceremony with the enemy. Destruction of the enemy by any means is the permanent policy of this state from the first day of its existence. How did the current guardians of human rights begin their political and state biography? Since the genocide of the native inhabitants of America - the Indians. The conquerors did not shun any means. For example, blankets infected with scarlet fever and diphtheria, thrown to the Indians - and those who did not have immunity against these infections, completely died out. Or already in recent history, the bombing of peaceful cities in Japan. But today's image of the United States does not allow to do away with Russia in the open. Yes, now, with the advent of chicken legs, the need for direct aggression has simply disappeared. It seems that "Bush legs" is the best operation ever carried out by one country to destroy another ...
Here you need to relax. Let's speculate: What is the perfect poison? An ideal poison is one that acts slowly and imperceptibly for the poisoned person and others, manages to leave the body before the death caused by it (so that it cannot be detected in the laboratory) or take the form (metabolize, decompose) of ordinary substances that are in the body normally. And the type of death caused by it must be disguised as death from other causes, preferably natural. That is, death from poison should resemble death from a heart attack, stroke, pneumonia, etc.
There are a lot of substances that claim to be the perfect poison. They are used by the secret services of many countries. The press has already described more than one such case. For example, the liquidation of the Bulgarian dissident Markov in London. Ricin poison was injected with a syringe disguised as a simple umbrella, right on the street. Markov's death did not arouse suspicion. Until the details of the poisoning surfaced after the archives of the Bulgarian KGB were declassified. Or the poisoning of an African political leader by the CIA. His death until recently was considered natural, from a heart attack. And only thanks to the leak of information from the special services, it turned out that he died from the poison inflicted on the steering wheel of his car.
But these are, as they say, isolated, one-time cases. But the legs turned out to be a means, that is, an ideal poison that can bring an entire nation to the grave without a single piece of evidence!
How to make poison perfect? We will not consider all aspects in the scope of this article. But let's focus on a few.
Recall one of the latest developments for chemical warfare made in the United States, the so-called "V-gas". In one container there are several chemicals that are harmless to the body, even eat them. But at the right moment, under certain conditions, these substances combine into a superpoison capable of destroying a person in thousandths of a milligram or less, in fact, by several molecules. Modern means of chemical protection are practically powerless here.
In terms of effectiveness, these weapons are at the level of nuclear weapons, and in many respects they surpass them (for example, in terms of cheap production and the preservation of material assets in the zone of application). No wonder the United States is afraid of the appearance of such weapons in third countries. Suffice it to recall the events with Iraq, where a problem arose with the control over the production of chemical weapons. The US was preparing to start a new war with Iraq on such a seemingly insignificant occasion. But in this case, the Americans understand what they are risking, and they know what they are doing.
The example of "V-gas" was needed to explain how a deadly amount is obtained from seemingly innocent terms. So it is with our chickens, but more on that later.
Another problem: how to deliver the poison to the consumer? The military solution to the problem is known to all. The greatest effect will be obtained if it is done suddenly and imperceptibly. It's tempting to pull it off at no cost, and it's especially tempting to do it legally. It is desirable that the poison spread over the largest possible territory, ideally - throughout the territory of the enemy's country.
The best solution, it turned out, was to release the poison under the guise of a consumer product, and then there would be no need for missiles, bombers, saboteurs, and the like. To disguise it as a familiar product or to include it in a regular product is one way. But there is a smarter solution - to make an ordinary product a poison. This will require a set of measures: in our case, starting from a special diet for chickens, to selection with the connection of genetic engineering methods. And an innocent-looking product turns into a perfect poison.
Let's put it all together.

But why, having abandoned all the cases, the American government and the president started pushing into Russia the most common product, one of the many supplied to us from the United States. I repeat, the most common, like?

Moreover, mortality increased from diseases that cannot be explained as a result of unfavorable factors that arose during the period of perestroika, although their certain influence cannot be denied either. Scientific, industrial, economic and cultural potential is concentrated in large cities. The population of these cities is the elite of the country. It is incorrect to use the concept of genocide here, but ethnocide would be just right. It is impossible to say otherwise, and after a certain time the general intellectual level will simply drop to that critical point, after which it will be possible to say that the country is inhabited by "working cattle". But this is a dream - the presence of a population capable of only low-skilled labor with the richest reserves of minerals and the dominance of Western monopolies and capital, that is, Russia as a raw material base without pretensions to anything more - the cherished dream of the Western powers since the time of Hitler.
By the way, about history: immediately after the war of 1939-45. in the United States, the Dropshot plan was developed, where by means of twenty atomic bombs dropped on the largest cities of the USSR, they were going to destroy yesterday's ally in the war with Germany and Japan. In subsequent plans, only the number of bombs and cities destroyed by them grew. Cities!
The appearance of neutron weapons was considered by the Americans at one time the most promising. The neutron bomb preserves the bulk of material values, destroying only the population. It is a completely different matter if the action of the weapon is extended for a certain period of time - 5-10 years. During this time, the exterminated population was transferred to self-service. It not only buries itself, maintains material and cultural values ​​in proper condition, but also creates new ones, quietly, gradually freeing up the territory for future owners.
The same enemy army will not only not spend money and effort by entering such cities, but may not enter at all as an army. She will move in like vacationers at a resort.

American chicken legs differ in significant sizes. It seems like it’s good: we all love legs so much that since childhood we dreamed of a centipede chicken. But why do they grow so well in overseas chickens to our stupid joy? What are they being fed?
American agricultural technology is distinguished by methods of intensive cultivation of grain, meat and other products. Chemicalization of agriculture is extremely high. Various fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, growth stimulants are applied to the ground. The main group of these compounds are directional poisons, respectively, against insects, weeds, microorganisms. But not only them.
For example, herbicides used to control weeds are based on arsenic. In past centuries, it was the favorite poison of all domestic criminals. "Loving" spouses fed each other arsenic for more than a hundred years in a row, until the progress of criminology made it possible to expose this type of poisoning. The poison was mixed with food and caused death similar to natural. It was impossible to expose the poisoners for a long time. Even Napoleon on Saint Helena was poisoned with arsenic. A lot can be said about other substances too. However, we go further. Plants concentrate in themselves everything that is introduced into the soil, and the bulk of this muck is collected precisely in that part of them that is used for food. For example, in the root crop, and not in the tops, in the ear, and not in the stem. Even if the level of these substances is relatively low in the grain, then when livestock and poultry are fed, a new stage of concentration of poisons in the tissues of the animal occurs. For one kilogram of weight gain, a minimum of ten kilograms of food is required. That is, after growing an animal, even a small dose of poison grows tenfold. Moreover, the concentration occurs again unevenly. Certain organs are saturated more than others. So, for example, substances containing iodine are collected in glandular tissue, strontium in bones and milk, herbicides and pesticides in the liver and muscles. Studies have shown that chickens have the dirtiest paws. The difference between breast meat and leg meat is so significant that only breasts are used for food within the United States itself. Moreover, the structure of the meat turned out to be so different in other parameters that the breasts were included in dietary products, and the legs - in technical varieties of meat.
Both when growing grain and when fattening animals, a lot of different growth stimulants are used - from banal nitrates to anabolic hormones. In society, the number of mules with a rudimentary level of development of mental and moral qualities is increasing, which leads to further decomposition of society, degradation. No wonder there is an increase in child and youth crime, alcoholism, drug addiction and debauchery. The generation of accelerators, having matured, gave rise in the same USA to a phenomenon called the “broiler generation” and “broiler society”.
In adults, the consumption of stimulants leads to serious liver problems, disrupting the entire hormonal metabolism. Take bodybuilders. Of course, the doses of hormones that they consumed were significantly higher than those that come to us with meat, but the exposure (time of consumption) allows us to consider them commensurate. Bodybuilders of the first wave have already left, and among the subsequent ones there is a high pathology of the liver - cancer, cirrhosis, hepatitis. They have problems with sex, up to complete impotence. "Healthy" Schwarzenegger does not get out of various clinics.
Chicken fat is one of the most unstable fats. It decomposes when the temperature changes, it is easily oxidized in air, saponified, etc. The fact that fatty foods are harmful in themselves is known to everyone, it is trite to repeat here. Now we need to stop at the most important thing.
Fat at the "Bush legs" is divided into two types: subcutaneous fat and fat located directly inside the meat. Additionally, the fat that is inside the meat is also divided into two subspecies - fatty layers and the one that is directly inside the cell. Every second inhabitant of developed countries is driven to the grave by a friendly couple - fat and cholesterol.
Unlike pork and beef, chicken fat is easily spoiled and therefore not subject to long-term storage. It would also seem logical to freeze the legs caused and caused by this using the "deep freeze" method. (Fish, unlike animals, grow throughout their lives and do not get cancer!)
Lack of vitamin E leads in mild cases to a decrease in vital energy, the appearance of unmotivated fatigue, etc. And in severe cases, to the death of the body. Formally, a person dies from adverse environmental influences - from stress (or rather, its consequences, materialized by numerous acute vascular pathologies), from harmless infections. But in fact - he lacks vitamin "E".
The ancient Jews were the first to understand the meaning of vitamin E. Their system of kosher nutrition, in principle, implies the maximum preservation of vitamin E. Only fresh food is eaten: everything that is cooked for breakfast is eaten at breakfast or thrown away, and not left for lunch. The storage of ready meals, their freezing and reheating are strictly excluded. As a result, we see the inexhaustible seething energy of the Jews throughout their lives and five thousand years of their history.

In modern times, understanding of the importance of vitamin "E" came from military biologists who were solving the problem of using dolphins in future submarine warfare. By itself, beriberi "E" is the basis for reducing the body's cancer protection, premature aging syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome and other delights. That is, we have here the effect of "VI-gas", which was discussed at the beginning of the article. And the result is the perfect poison.
To those who hasten to object: “But what about our sanitary services?” - I propose to pay attention to the advertising by high representatives of these same services on television of anything from tooth powders to tampaks with diapers and medicines that they themselves have not tested. Pay them more, so they will call potassium cyanide a vitamin without blinking at the TV.
